Exit codes
Every gskill command exits with one of these codes. Scripts and CI can branch on them.

| 0 | success |
| 1 | generic or unexpected error |
| 2 | usage error (bad flags or arguments) |
| 3 | invalid or missing skills-lock.json |
| 4 | lockfile mismatch (--frozen-lockfile would change) |
| 5 | source unavailable or network failure |
| 6 | integrity failure (checksum mismatch) |
| 7 | drift detected (--fail-on-drift) |
| 8 | update available (outdated --exit-code, or self upgrade that can only print the upgrade command) |
| 9 | unsupported or undetected agent |
| 10 | partial installation |
| 11 | authentication failure |
| 12 | cache or lock failure (incl. lock-acquire timeout) |
| 130 | cancelled by the user before approval (guided flow; nothing written) |
